A happy couple since 1977 ! Their house is their cocoon, but also a place where they share worth remembering moments with friends and family around the table or at the pool.
Our little cat Nini will be here during your stay, and will ask for cuddles. Please let us know if you are allergic, we will find a way !
The house :
Is located at the top of the hill, very sunny (south south), very calm, with a breathtaking view and a private swimming pool. The condo is fully secured.
You can park up to 3 cars in front of the house, at no cost.
Location, Location… Location :
Walking distance to the old village of Cagnes with the castle. You can also walk to Polygone, a brand new shopping centre with 25 restaurants and 100 shops.
Bakery (amazing) and fruits and veg are only 5 minutes walk.
If you’re arriving from the airport, it is only an 8 minutes ride.
The house is also located 5 minutes to the highway to Nice or Cannes.
We are very happy to welcome families staying at our house…since 2015.

You will find 3 bedrooms in the house.
Room #1 features a 160cm bed (king).
Room #2 features two one bed (90 cm) which you can bring together to make a massive bed
Room#3 is THE master bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom and toilets, and a terrace overlooking the swimming pool with an amazing view of the Riviera.
There is also a second bathroom on the first floor, and a toilet downstairs.
For the length of your stay :
The housecleaning is compulsory, at a fixed price of € 120 per stay.
Bed sheets + 1 bath towel + 1 face towel + 1 swimming towel for rent for € 18 per personne per stay. But you can come with your own !
We advise you to book ASAP, because the summer time is unfortunately not endless…
The condo is a very calm place, where French people live alongside Swedes and Brits in perfect harmony. We kindly ask the travelers to remain calm around the swimming pool. Kids will of course have fun at the pool, and everyone is of course Ok with it.
However, we do not host bachelor parties for instance.
We will welcome you from 3pm on Saturdays, and you may leave by 10am on Saturday morning.
We like to please our guests, so please ask if you need arrangements with the times (we know it can be difficult with planes, no worries).
It is possible to rent the house for less than 6 nights, please ask for a quote.
A contrat will be sealed between you and us, as for the law in France.
We ask for a 20% deposit when confirming the booking. This amount is non refundable is you cancel within the next 10 days of your booking. It will be paid to our Paypal account.
The remaining is to be paid two months before your arrival.
If you book within two months of your arrival date , we will ask for a payment in full, and it will not be refundable.
The contract will specify that utilities, aircon, wifi etc… are included.
You will be responsible for everything which is in the house during your rental period. In case of damage, you will kindly let us know asap, and be liable without limit.
We ask for a deposit of € 1500.
Housecleaning fee is compulsory, at a cost of € 120 per stay.
